It includes the feeling of being healed already, being at peace and in joy, deeply connected to my own heart. Further, freedom also means being in the moment, I call it the zero point, free of thoughts, completely in the now. In the present there is no fear.
In my definition, freedom also implies to have the discipline to reflect and develop oneself and to take complete personal responsibility for one's life. The two strongest forces that I was allowed to develop through this are the power of gratitude and forgiveness. Gratitude brings happiness; the willingness to forgive (especially oneself, as it is about changing something on the inside so that the outside can change) sets you free and heals old wounds.
Through energetic work we also stay physically healthy. Our power of thought is our strongest power. It helps to understand that our subconscious mind is responsible for our experiences.
