My path of growth (in parts)::

Growing up in 6 countries, I learned to navigate constantly changing environments as a child. At that time I already developed the ability to read situations and people, as I did not always understand the language.

For thirteen years I owned a language school where over the years roughly 80 nationalities came and went, where permanent staff and many freelance trainers supported me in teaching and running the business. Later, I also gathered a lot of experience working in a total of 10 countries. In order to cope with this diversity, I started to look into topics like leadership and "how to become a better person", human communication and conflict management; in addition I underwent trainings in coaching.

With each training, but especially in recent years, I became more clairvoyant, more and more information began to flow and deep transformations took place in my life.

I am a very curious person and also like to understand in detail how things work. Since I was interested in the topic of health on a physical, spiritual and mental level at an early age, I always continued to research. Even at a young age I had constant pain in my body and intuitively knew that there must be other, inner ways.

Constantly adapting to new situations, self-reflection, holistic and solution-oriented thinking and a strong desire for freedom are what define me. Meanwhile I am fortunate to have found a deep feeling of inner peace, happiness and harmony. And I do laugh a lot.

• The qualification as a gymnastics teacher at the Dore-Jakobs-Schule in Essen laid many foundations for my current path at that time, as it was holistically oriented. We dealt with body awareness, breathing therapy, trauma, as well as with different pedagogical and medical-therapeutic approaches, which are based on different conceptions of the human being.
